About Student Profiles
Student Profiles are based on comprehensive questionnaires filled out online by the student only for the Career Profile or by the student and a parent for the Social Emotional Profile. The questionnaires are hosted on a secure website (Pearson) that has provided secure online assessments for many years.

To complete a student profile, the legal guardian needs to read and fill out the information below. Once we've received guardian consent, an email will be sent with:
a link to the appropriate questionnaire
an invoice for payment.
You can fill out the questionnaire at any time. Reports will be completed after payment has been confirmed.

The report will be solely based on the information provided by the student and parent. The results cannot be used as a diagnosis. The legal guardian is responsible for following through with any recommendations given in the profile.
